Terms and Conditions
- Available for persons 16+
- Our Winter Spa Packages are available till the 30th of April 2024.
- Booking is required and depends on availability.

Spa Services Cancellation Policy:
Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment. We have reserved this time exclusively for your treatment, and need time to fill your spot with another appointment. We require a minimum of 12 hours’ cancellation notice prior to your booking to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked.
Use of other facilities:
Use of indoor spa facilities (indoor pool, whirlpool, gym, steam room, & relaxation room) will be included when spending a minimum of EUR50 on our Spa Treatments and packages.
Punctuality:
It is advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time. This enables you to completely relax before the commencement of your treatment, therefore allowing you maximum benefit of your treatment. If you are delayed, please be advised that your treatment time will be limited as a courtesy to other guests.
