The Grand Ballroom
One of our largest venues available, the Grand Ballroom benefits from natural daylight and fantastic harbour views through it's balcony and back terrace. It offers 730sqm of space, coupled with a 5.2m ceiling height. It also has a rear entrance door with direct road access, which is ideal for unloading equipment. This venue is perfect for any large event and occasion.
The hotel’s largest venue available, offering 917sqm and is a popular choice for exhibitions, group dinners, after-parties, and conferences. From within the hall, one can access a smaller meeting venue known as the Andrea Belli room, offering a further 226sqm of space. The Floriani Hall also provides direct access to a lovely outdoor area known as the Rotunda and Gardens, which overlook the harbour and pool area. These outdoor venues are ideal for coffee breaks, receptions, and small lunches and dinners.
Accompanying the Floriani Hall venue, it measures 226m2 and is accessible through Floriani itself. The room may be used as a stand-alone venue, breakout room, or to compliment any event with additional space.
The largest meeting room available on our fifth floor, this venue offers ample space for different set-up styles. It is often used as a main meeting room for sessions of up to 140 persons, or as a breakout room for larger conferences. Other venues on Level 5 are ideal for breakout sessions or as display rooms for an exhibition-type set-up.
One of the hotel’s most popular meeting rooms, the Castille offers ample space for numerous set-ups. It is a commonly-used venue for press conferences, breakfast meetings, and other meeting sessions. This venue offers natural daylight throughout the room and a very pleasant ambience.
Business Centre Boardroom
This room serves an as ideal event office or organiser’s office. It is also often used for high-profile management or directors’ meetings. The room is situated in our Business Centre, where our attendant will be in close reach should you require any immediate assistance with printing, faxing and other related activities. This room also benefits from natural daylight.
Executive Lounge & Boardroom
The Executive Lounge is one of the hotel’s best spaces for corporate meetings and those who are seeking more intimate business gatherings. It is accompanied by the Executive Boardroom, which is the most spacious boardroom available at the hotel. Ideal for board meetings and other high-profile gatherings, both venues offer natural daylight and stunning sea views.
Set in the original fortifications built in the 1500s, with white canvas ceilings, 360-degree floor-to-ceiling windows and concrete flooring – this venue acts as a blank canvas which can be lit, branded and themed in a number of different styles to suit each individual event. Bastion Terrace is perfect for a welcome/farewell reception, an informal dinner or BBQ party. This venue is a also perfect for Weddings
Our largest outdoor events space, measuring 1,500 square meters. This venue is located just below the pool deck and is sheltered by the hotel’s façade. The Piazza Marina is an ideal events space for both formal and casual al-fresco dinner events.
