Around the World in One BBQ Night

Our International BBQ Night brings together global flavours in a Mediterranean setting, turning dinner into a journey across continents. From the smoker comes brined local chicken, rubbed with house spices and slow-cooked for five hours, finished with a touch of Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. The grill offers tender swordfish with Mediterranean salsa, Sicilian mussels in white wine and herbs, grass-fed rib eye medallions, and our house-made pork sausage with fennel and garlic confit. A giant paella of mussels, chorizo, peas, and aromatic herbs fills the pans, while the counters serve refreshing gazpacho, colourful summer vegetables, tahini-glazed corn, and baby jacket potatoes topped with sour cream. To finish, the sweet table tempts with homemade pastries, fresh fruit salad, creamy ice cream, and refreshing sorbets. It’s a night where flavours from every corner of the world meet under the Maltese summer sky.
