Our recently renovated facility boasts top-tier amenities, including cutting-edge cardiovascular equipment, a comprehensive selection of weight-training machines, and free weights. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just beginning your wellness adventure, our spa staff are here to support you on your path to a healthier, stronger you (for guests age 16+).
Spa Etiquette
Spa Services Cancellation Policy: Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment. We have reserved this time exclusively for your treatment, and need time to fill your spot with another appointment. We require a minimum of 12 hours’ cancellation notice prior to your booking to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked.
Use of other facilities – Use of indoor spa facilities (indoor pool, whirlpool, gym, steam room, & relaxation room) will be included when spending a minimum of EUR50 on our Spa Treatments and packages.
Booking – Advance bookings are recommended, to accommodate your preferred date and time. Reservations can be made at the Spa Reception Desk during Spa operating hours (07:00 – 21:00), via email at spa@excelsior.com.mt or by call at +356 2319 2115.
Punctuality – It is advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time. This enables you to completely relax before the commencement of your treatment, therefore allowing you maximum benefit of your treatment. If you are delayed, please be advised that your treatment time will be limited as a courtesy to other guests.
Preferences & Conditions – Please remember to voice any special requests or any medical conditions that can affect your treatment when making your appointment. While you’re in your treatment, your therapist will welcome your comments of your specific needs, injuries, pressure of massage, etc.
Shaving & Waxing – it is advised to shave or wax at least one day prior to any facial and body treatments.
