This restaurant is located on Level 4 from where you can admire the beauty of the Maltese islands in its finest. Our Spice Island restaurant serves daily buffet breakfast from 06:30 till 10:30. Providing a stunning backdrop of Marsamxett Harbour and Manoel Island, Spice Island serves the ideal ambience to wake up to for a delicious breakfast.

Admiral’s landing
With dynamic views of Manoel Island and Marsamxett Harbour, the Admiral’s Landing is the perfect place for dining in Malta. Serving both lunch and dinner, this elegant restaurant offers the perfect combination of International cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, and an extensive wine list.
You can also indulge your senses on the Grand Hotel Excelsior’s themed buffet nights, where we provide a select taste of international and local cuisine that is sure to excite the senses. This the perfect spot for dining in Malta.

Beyond our large outdoor pool, this casual Mediterranean Diner is on the very edge of the shore, giving it truly unobstructed views of the Harbour and Manoel Island. Classified as the hotel’s lobby lounge cafe, Harbour View offers plush, classical furnishings and splendid views of the pool area, the seafront, and Marsamxett Harbour. This venue seats up to 50 people, in a smart casual setting, and is open 24 hours a day.
The Harbour View serves an array of cocktails, coffees, wines and cakes to our 5-star guests and visitors. Whether you want a quick bite to eat, an afternoon tea or an evening cocktail, Harbour View is the ideal location any time of day or night.

The Blue Ocean Bar is currently closed
The Blue Ocean Bar is located at the Water’s Edge so that guests can revel in stunning views of Marsamxett Harbour while relaxing in a beautiful and exotic ambiance. Our newest venue is located on the very edge of Marsamxett Harbour, offering unobstructed views of Fort Manoel and Manoel Island. This is the ideal spot to unwind and relax after a day’s work or celebrating a special occasion with family and friends.
